Tonight on the Fire the Cannon Podcast: Season Ending Awards

The Fire The Cannon podcast hosted by Eric Smith and Lori Schmidt has a very interesting show this week. Blue Jackets’ strength and conditioning coach, Kevin Collins will join us. He’ll talk about what strategies he has for the players in the off season, specific ways players need to work out to fit Scott Arniel’s system and the advantages of having players spend the off season in Columbus plus more.
Lori and I will also have our season ending “Fire The Cannon” awards for the teams. Some of these awards players would like to receive and others they will wish they never got. I’m sure some will give you a laugh also.
