I have always had an interested in the Blue Jackets since they have entered into the league. My interest in the Jackets organization has grown drastically ever since I went down to Columbus on a Road Trip. have a college diploma in Interactive Multimedia and simply love the sport of Hockey.

This can’t be the move that everyone is waiting on…but we didn’t give up much and if he can help out that would be nice…is this guy a possible 6/7 defenseman?

From reports, he’ll be one of the six before long. Maybe I’m just different, but this is pretty close to the kind of move I expected. A younger, offensive d-man who came from a team outside the Central who also doesn’t hurt the Jackets’ budget. I don’t know if he’s the answer to the PP problems, or if he’s even much of an improvement on Russell, but he is a right-handed offensive d-man who is, for the most part, just lacking in opportunity and experience.
